Now hiring! Wea re looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX! This person will communicate regularly with the Logistics Manager, Terminal Supervisor and Carriers, assign daily loads to refineries and carriers (150-200 daily loads) and process incoming calls related to dispatch and operations creating reports tracking daily progress. If you have at least three years of recent logistics or dispatching experience and can work a rotating schedule that includes weekends, then our client needs to speak with you!
Requirements :
- Must have at least three years of recent logistics or dispatching experience within trucking, railroad, or oil field industries
- Willingness to work rotating shift that includes weekends
- Understands office procedures from experience
- Top-notch customer service skills handling all situations with grace under pressure
- Proven ability to manage high volume phone calls that include problem resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm (rotating three days on / two off) – requires weekends
Compensation : $29.00 / hour
