Now hiring a results-driven and detail-oriented Operations / Assistant Supervisor in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our restaurants maintain the highest standards in service, staff management, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, a skilled communicator, and a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. Duties for this role include but are not limited to; conducting HR audits, overseeing payroll, benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing training programs and conducting assessments for each location.
Requirements :
- 5 years as General Manager / Manager for a restaurant, with a focus on human resources and scheduling.
- 5 years experience as a District Manager for multi-unit fast food restaurants
- Thorough knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Hours : 55 hours / week, On call 7 days / week
Benefits :
