We’re seeking an energetic Project Coordinator to join our team in North Richland Hills! In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our projects, responsible for placing and tracking purchases, following up with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth shipment of ordered items. You'll also lead the creation and coordination of all change orders, meticulously tracking changes to ensure everything is completed on time and billed accurately. In this environment, your organizational skills will shine, and your contributions will be recognized as you play a crucial role in the success of our projects, directly influencing timelines and delivery. Requirements :
- 5 years of Office experience
- Experience in billing and invoices, is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
