We are now hiring a retention / customer experience specialist in Fort Worth, Texas! As a Retention / Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring an outstanding experience for both new and existing customers. You'll build and maintain relationships, track customer interactions, identify needs, and provide solutions while working closely with teams like sales, installation, and service to ensure a smooth customer journey. Additionally, you'll analyze feedback, identify process improvements, and help create a seamless, customer-focused experience across all touchpoints.
