Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or related field
Strong knowledge of cloud softwares is preferred
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
