Duties
- Monitor and control the operation of pipelines, ensuring efficient flow and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed, performing routine checks and maintenance.
- Respond promptly to alarms and system alerts, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, including any incidents or anomalies.
- Collaborate with field personnel to coordinate operations and resolve any operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to oil, gas, wastewater, and water treatment processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a control room environment or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Familiarity with pipeline operations, oil and gas industry standards, or wastewater treatment processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by operational demands.
