\Key Qualifications
\The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field, and 4-10 years of buy-side analyst experience with significant sales/origination and buy/sell recommendations at a private or public fund. They must be hard-working, self-motivated, eager to engage with customers and ready for a high-pressure environment. A demonstrated track record of successfully evaluating and executing private equity and/or debt investments is a must. Investment banking experience is desired, and willingness to also provide investment banking services is required.
