JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Assistant Maintenance Director
SCHEDULE: Minimum 45 hours per week. Days/times will vary based on the event schedule and will include some nights, weekends and holidays.

As a member of the Facilities Team, you will support our Assistant Maintenance Director. You will support our Club brand by maintaining a professional presence to all staff and Members, performing various housekeeping and maintenance duties in support of Club events.
The Essentials
- Oversee the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of storage space, hallway, elevator, offices, and all public areas as assigned.
- Oversee cleaning and moving furniture, as necessary.
- Oversee and assist with general cleaning duties, i.e., care for carpet, vacuuming, window cleaning, trash removal as per daily and weekly assignments.
- Respond to Member and Director requests in a timely fashion as assigned.
- Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Assistant Director

- Avoiding unnecessary equipment breakdown and informing supervisor of any suspected problems.
- Ability to work long hours, flexible shifts, indoors and outdoors as necessary.
The Standards
- Previous experience in general maintenance / physical labor preferred.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Trained in proper chemical handling and Blood Borne Pathogens handling techniques desirable.
- Conversational English: basic reading and writing skills to ensure proper communication with members and supervisors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to help and anticipate member and other department needs.
- Highly active, multitasking type of environment. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8-hours in length.
- Frequent Walking
- Excellent physical fitness, visual acuity, and sense of urgency to attend to Member’s needs. Must be able to reach above head shoulder height to perform job duties and perform various physical movements throughout the work areas.
- Physical work requirements: Ability to lift, bend, carry, and exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Ability to lift / transport up to 50 pounds. Push/pull carts or equipment up to 250 pounds.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- This position requires working under variable temperature conditions and noise levels, in indoor and outdoor settings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
