Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and creativity.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when catering events or during busy shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety standards to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
