Burnips Equipment is a family owned, farm equipment dealer. The company offers farm equipment repair services, tractor sales of several different types of equipment from several different brands, and parts retail. We understand that if our customers do not succeed, neither will we!
We are looking for a personable, reliable and hard working member to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- 3-5 years relevant work experience, including brand management, developing and writing marketing plans, project management, and managing budgets.
- Experience in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and website management.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong writing, presentation, editing and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and manage change in a positive and collaborative manner.
- An attitude focused on being resourceful, being proactive and getting results.
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry, including equipment, farming practices, and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
- Experienced leader and collaborator
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Essential Functions:
- Develop effective marketing plans and strategies to promote our dealership and increase market share.
- Have a deep understanding of the company's products and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align marketing efforts to support their objectives.
- Manage a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and online content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the dealership's digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing.
- Leads CRM initiatives and collaborates with the information technology team on the CRM platform strategy and how it can integrate in the overall marketing plan.
- Plan industry trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant events. Manage booth design, promotional materials, and staff attendance.
- Provides guidance for in-store marketing and promotions.
- Evaluates local partnership opportunities, including sports sponsorships, community engagement and brand placements.
- Maintain effective relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Acts as a liaison between the dealership and manufacturers’ marketing personnel and leverages manufacturing marketing resources.
- Manages co-op program and marketing funds available.
- Ensures appropriate marketing and public relations communications for all departments.
- Collaborate with the management team to set marketing objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly report on progress and achievements.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, review reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- All other tasks as required by the management team.
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience
