Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Edison, NJ. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting general maintenance, painting, carpentry, and repair tasks (no electrical or plumbing). The role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with the team to ensure efficient operations and timely maintenance of facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Pay based on experience, benefits and PTO provided.

Qualifications
- Experience in handy-work and painting is ideal, some training will be offered.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the construction or maintenance industry is highly desirable
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (~50lbs)
- Have reliable transportation to and from job site.
- Candidate must be willing to submit to Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for insurance purposes
