Job Summary:
As a Treatment Coordinator/Consultant, you play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and guiding them through their treatment journey. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role balances patient needs with the priorities of the dental or healthcare team, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the treatment process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advocate for high-quality care for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and healthcare standards.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet practice needs.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the short and long-term impacts on the practice.
- Oversee scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
- Verify insurance coverage and manage payment collections.
- Escalate cases for patients requiring urgent attention.
- Handle and balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
- Assess, plan, and deliver employee training to promote high performance.
- Promote a culture that supports a highly engaged and motivated workforce.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager.
