What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Burns Matteson Capital Management?
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preferred 2 years experience in the investment management, financial planning, accounting or banking industries. Preference will be given to those candidates who have previous experience with Schwab or other Brokerage Firms.
· Experience using a CRM. Experience with products like AdvisorEngine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred
· The FINRA Series 65 or 66 License is preferred, or the ability to obtain the Series 65 License within 90 days of hire.
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities.
· Strong communication skills.
· Thrives under limited oversight.
· Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment.
· An acceptable credit score, with a history showing the ability to handle personal finances.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
