Job Description
This Construction Services Technician will be responsible for assisting pipefitters with various tasks, including basic safety procedures and following construction plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in extreme weather conditions, cramped quarters, and noisy environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting pipefitters with basic tasks, including safety procedures and construction activities.
- FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND INSTRUCTIONS FROM SUPERVISORS OR MORE EXPERIENCED WORKERS.
- OPERATING COMPLEX EQUIPMENT AND POWER TOOLS, AS WELL AS SMALL EQUIPMENT AND POWER TOOLS.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in construction services or a related field.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
