We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join and lead our team as a Childwatch Lead at Burn Boot Camp Mt. Pleasant. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a supportive and energetic fitness community while providing care for our members' children.
Responsibilities :
Supervise and engage with children while their parents participate in fitness classes
Create a safe and fun environment for children of various ages
Coordinate and lead age-appropriate activities and games
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's well-being
Create monthly team schedule
Hire, develop, termination of team members
Craft / lesson planning
Schedule
Monday-Friday
8am-11am
and / or
3pm-7pm
Requirements :
Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting
CPR and First Aid certification
Patient, nurturing, and responsible demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize children's needs
