Burns White’s Construction Litigation Department is a growing and dynamic practice focused on professional liability claims against architects, engineers, and other design professionals, alleging damages for delay, design defects, property damage, and personal injuries. Our team in West Conshohocken also defends general liability claims of against property owners including slip & falls. We are hard working with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

What you bring to the table…
- PA license required (NJ license a plus)
- 1 to 4 years of litigation experience
