We are seeking an experienced Associate Managing Director to lead our New York Metro office and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Underwriters, Broker producers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail agents and underwriter/broker producers.
- Collaborate with the corporate headquarters team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales team leader, including direct management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of multi-line underwriting/production experience, with excess & surplus experience preferred.
