YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC SERVICE COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER
This full-time dispatch position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
As an HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you take the lead when it comes to setting up schedules that ensure our operations run smoothly and on time. Much of your day is spent overseeing technicians while you plan for current and next-day jobs. You work with the manager to make sure all technicians are dispatched correctly. Additionally, you encourage and inspire your technicians to achieve and exceed their goals and ensure all performance standards are met. At the end of the day, you love what you do and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in seamless dispatching operations!!
