We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our CEO and leadership team while ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires exceptional discretion and professionalism, as you will handle sensitive information, confidential communications, and high-level decision-making support. In this dynamic position, you’ll manage executive schedules, coordinate key projects, and oversee office operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and productivity. Location:
Warminster, PA. Onsite. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some limited weekend hours may be required.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with administrative requests.
- Calendar & meeting management.
- Responsible to arrange full life-cycle domestic and international travel including itinerary planning.
- Manage credit card reconciliations and expense reports.
- Manage time off requests for CEO’s direct reports.
- Partner with HR on office space designation for new hires or office restructures.
- Responsible for furniture orders upon approval from HR and Finance. Upon arrival coordinate with maintenance and IT for space setup.Location
- Vendor management for certain partnerships.
- Support the leadership team with organizing meeting or event preparation such as food, locations, IT, etc.
- Partner with HR to plan company events, organize & attend retirement luncheons, and other employee celebrations.
- Serve as a backup assistant to Burpee Chairman during staff vacations.
- Related duties such as assisting with special projects and Company initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years in an executive support, office management, or administrative role.
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling systems.
- Handles sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Works well with leadership, staff, and external partners
