Job Summary:
Our seasonal greenhouse team members handle a variety of tasks to support plant care and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include delivering plants to shipping on schedule, maintaining the facility, and working collaboratively. Duties involve picking and packing orders, repotting and labeling plants, trimming and inspecting for pests or moisture issues, watering, and promoting healthy plant growth through proper care. Workers must stand for extended periods, handle plants carefully, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring quality and efficiency. A basic understanding of plant health is beneficial
