We have an immediate opening for a seasonal Security Associate at our Fannetsburg, PA location.

Job Summary

The Security Associate will coordinate the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible deterrent; stops operations and activities that could harm staff or assets
• Conducts regular physical patrols of the facility.
• Identifies potential threats to physical security, employee safety, and asset protection and communicate to the appropriate parties
• Enforces of all health, safety, and security protocols; declines entry of any individual who refuses to submit to or comply with company protocols
• Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
• Monitors and responds to emergency situations in a timely manner; Contacts and communicates with the appropriate authorities
• Maintain records and logs; complete daily reports of observations, incidents and surveillance activity
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of company safety policies and applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships and develop partnerships
• Protect and maintain confidential information
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
