The Warehouse Administrator manages key operational tasks, including maintaining the picking workbench, overseeing order turnaround, and handles printing processes. They coordinate seed and bag receiving, process seed sample orders, and prepare work orders for our seed pullers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success in this dynamic role.
Location:
Warminster, PA. Onsite. Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain picking workbench, order turn-around, printing and manifesting.
- Seed and bag receiving.
- Print and organize BOLs for outbound daily shipments and recording PRO numbers in database.
- Key in Sample Expense and discards.
- Prepare Work Orders for seed pullers.
- Maintain/deliver sales orders to production departments.
- Process seed sample orders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Perform all other job related duties as required.
