Key Responsibilities:
Access Management
- Design and implement access management policies: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for client access to systems, applications, and data.
- Provision and deprovision client access: Manage the lifecycle of client access, including provisioning, modifying, and revoking access as needed.
- Conduct access reviews and audits: Regularly review and audit client access to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Security and Risk Management
- Ensure security and compliance: Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate access-related risks: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to client access and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement incident response plans: Establish procedures for responding to access-related security incidents.
Client Support and Communication
- Provide client support and training: Offer support and training to clients on access-related matters, including troubleshooting and resolving access issues.
- Communicate access-related information: Keep clients informed about access-related changes, updates, and requirements.
- Gather client feedback and improve access processes: Collect feedback from clients and use it to improve access management processes and procedures.
Technical Management
- Manage access management systems and tools: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of access management systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot technical access issues: Resolve technical issues related to client access, including problems with authentication, authorization, and access controls.
- Collaborate with IT teams: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of access management systems with other IT systems and infrastructure.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred 2 years in a management role
Additional Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
