As a Client Access Representative, you will serve as the face of our organization, performing essential receptionist and clerical duties in our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling clients, collecting payments, and maintaining updated client paperwork to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team
- Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional and collaborative manner
- Schedule and reschedule client appointments efficiently
- Process client intake paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Collect client cost shares for appointments
- Collaborate with providers on managing cancellation lists
- Accurately fill out daily deposit logs and monitor financial transactions
- Scan and upload documents to client charts as needed
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with computers effectively
- Excellent typing and organizational skills
