Job Title: Integrated Treatment Co-Occurring Disorder Team Lead

Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy, along with essential information and education services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.
- Present educational material in public forums to enhance community understanding of mental health.
- Manage a limited caseload, collaborating with supervisory staff to establish treatment goals.
- Participate in emergency services to provide rapid aid during emotional crises.
- Coordinate comprehensive follow-up for all clients under your care.
- Engage in staff development activities and contribute to program evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and participate in quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate the hiring and evaluation of new staff members.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.
- A Missouri Chauffeur's Driver's License is suggested but not required unless driving a Brightli-owned vehicle.
- License as a Professional Counselor or Social Worker in Missouri is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
