Join our compassionate team as a Family Support Provider, where you'll play a vital role in supporting families with children who have mental health needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with Community Support Specialists to provide guidance, education, and advocacy to families. Key Responsibilities

  • Coach families to increase their knowledge and awareness of their child's needs, building helpful relationships with child and family team members.
  • Provide emotional support, connect families with community resources, and facilitate individualized service plans.
  • Assist with meeting preparations, participate in staffing for continuity of care, and contribute to individualized service plans.
  • Document all services provided according to standards and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Facilitate group education sessions, obtain training for professional development, and participate in activities promoting recovery and resilience.

Education, Experience, And/or Credential Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet the state qualifications required to obtain the Family Support Provider credential.

Additional Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have availability to work early evenings some days of the week, as needed, to provide access to families served.

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
