• Perform nursing assessments and evaluate client health needs with a high level of clinical competence.
• Coordinate care with treatment teams to create action plans based on client needs.
• Monitor client health status and provide education on disease prevention and health management.
• Administer medications and oversee compliance with state regulatory standards.
• Consult with physicians and manage medical emergencies as needed.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner according to company policies.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the long-term goals and objectives of the organization.Education, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :
• Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
• Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.Additional Qualifications :
• Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and abuse / neglect checks.Physical Requirements :
• Sedentary work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and / or writing during work shifts.
