POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager will work closely with the account team on the planning, management and execution of all marketing campaign projects. S(he) will serve as a liaison and contact for identifying and coordinating all resources necessary to complete all marketing activities and programs on time and within budget. He / she must also be proficient in campaign production and trafficking. To be successful this individual must have strong leadership, planning and project management skills. It is critical that this individual leads the Agency, client, and agency partners with clarity in the development and execution of all project timelines, deliverables and campaigns. This person will play an integral role in helping to develop and implement processes across departments to drive greater efficiencies whiling clearly articulating agency-client deliverables.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identifies ways to improve operational efficiency and routes questions to the appropriate area.

Act as key day-to-day project contact with Agency, client and agency partners.
Partner with account leads to define and understand campaign / project scope, goals, and performance metrics.
Develop, manage, and update campaign / project monthly and quarterly calendar(s) scheduling, deliverables, and budgets to ensure clarity and consistency in Agency deliverables and timelines.
Work with account management to identify and assign tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables for all campaigns and projects.
Manage client expectations and timelines while communicating changes / updates in a timely manner to internal and external team members.
Administer and manage the delivery of campaign and / or project assets for internal and external key stakeholders.
Schedule and lead designated Agency / client project meetings and agency partner meetings.
Strong production / trafficking experience; Monitor and assist with the workflow and trafficking of all creative assets to execute campaigns including but not limited to traditional and all forms of non-traditional media - TV, digital, social, radio, print, OOH, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or Advertising
4 years of related, client-facing industry experience managing and facilitating marketing campaigns and large-scale complex projects to meet sometimes aggressive timelines.
Experience in contributing to and executing national marketing campaigns.
Must be able to effectively develop and communicate workflow charts that align with overarching marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics.
Experience in managing efficient and high-performance-driven project management processes in a fast-paced B2C environment preferably in retail, automotive, CPG, and / or entertainment and digital sectors to drive business growth and improved efficiencies.
Experience in African American marketing (agency and / or client-side)
Strong leadership and client relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects and achieve results promptly and within budget.
Proven ability to influence the efficiency and quality of work delivering a stronger Agency performance and contributing to a stronger Agency / client relationship.
Proven success in managing, collaborating, and working with both internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver continuous Agency and business performance improvement.
Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present Agency presentations.
