- Compile and submit payer initial enrollment and revalidation applications in various formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor, compile, and maintain accurate enrollment records for all providers, communicating updates to internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Create timely and accurate reports for managed care payers, performing routine auditing of payer records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure accurate credentials, services, and practice locations, streamlining communication and simplifying processes wherever possible.
- Act as a liaison for external privileging with other organizations, meeting contractual obligations and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Maintain department standards while adhering to all required regulations, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Experience in healthcare administration utilizing advanced Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and the ability to research industry topics and policies, translating information into actionable items.
- Ability to multitask on various projects while meeting different deadlines.
- Remote work environment, with minimal physical demands.
