Job Summary:
The Systems Director of Client Financial Services is responsible for managing the overall functions of the Company’s revenue cycle to ensure the maximization of revenue and consistent cash flow while maintaining the highest levels of employee and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Completes supervisee’s performance evaluations, training plans and supervision records
- Maintain a climate which attracts, keeps, and motivates a staff of top-quality people. Interview/hire/train new site associates and ensure that supervisory staff are equipped to participate in the interview and selection process.
- Provide oversight of performance targets within specified timeframes.
- In correlation with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leadership, develop annual performance indicator measurements for Quality Improvement.
- In correlation with RCM leadership, develop annual budgets with focus on revenue models, staffing patterns, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards maintaining licensure, certification, and accreditation.
- Coordinate inter-agency resources. Ensure program services and operations align with primary functions of the agency.
- Ensure staff and departments’ operation adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures. Provide suggestions for updated or revised policies and procedures.
- Respond to strengths or weaknesses identified through self-assessment and external mechanisms that impact the quality of the department’s performance and develop/monitor actions to strengthen the quality of the department.
- Provide training, instruction, and ensure continuing education goals are met for all direct reports.
- Facilitates an atmosphere of open communication with the staff through regularly scheduled staff meetings and frequent interaction with key personnel, maintain open communication throughout the organization.
- Ensure that department(s) is compliant, and staff are educated in regard to Corporate Compliance expectations.
- Assure efficient day to day operation of all Billing functions by troubleshooting problems, spot-checking systems for accuracy. Lead improvement on and enforce quality control over processes spanning the areas that impact billing and revenue and providing day to day technical assistance to Billing staff.
- Supervise staff members in the Billing department and will ensure the staff is meeting expectations of their position by performing staff evaluations in a timely manner.
- Coordinates the workflow of department(s) supervised to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
- Attend weekly meeting RCM leadership meetings.
- Provide significant assistance to the Vice President and/or Chief Revenue Officer by assisting on projects and other duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Requirements:
- Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department.
- Take an active role in monitoring the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives.
- Involve, as appropriate, all team members to achieve goals.
- Effectively communicate to team members any changes and newsworthy events within the department or company.
- Handle difficult team member situations directly, using appropriate discretion and Human Resource advice to show respect for the individual
- Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
- Reinforces team approach throughout functions; support and solicit input from team members at all levels within the company.
Experience and/or Education Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in a health or human services, business, psychology or a closely related field; OR
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human services, business, psychology, or a closely related field; AND
- At least two (2) years' experience in area of degree.
Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
