Burris & MacOmber, PLLC is a full-service law firm providing legal services focused on real estate and business law, international business law, estate planning, and civil litigation (commercial/business). Since 2014, the firm prides itself on excellence and integrity with experienced attorneys backed by knowledgeable paralegals and staff.
We are seeking a full-time litigation attorney to join our team. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation. This individual will support and work directly with the firm’s managing partner. We are looking for candidates who are independent, driven and strictly adhere to ethical and best practices.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- AZ State Bar License
- 3 years of current civil litigation experience
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Additional bar admissions
- Strong organizational, reasoning and research skills; good judgment; attention to detail with commitment to excellence
- Ability to work without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative in seeking work and managing workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; strong writing skills
- Must be a self-starter, be able to prioritize workload, display good judgment
- Professional presentation in behavior and office interactions
- Trustworthy, dependable, and loyal
- Bilingual (Spanish)preferred
