Burris & MacOmber, PLLC is seeking a full or part-time litigation attorney to join our team. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in civil litigation. The individual hired for this position will support and work directly with the firm’s managing partner. We are looking for candidates who are independent, driven and strictly adhere to ethical and best practices.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
· JD from an accredited law school
· AZ State Bar License
· Preferable 3-5 years of current civil litigation experience
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Additional bar admissions.
· Strong organizational, reasoning, and research skills; good judgment; attention to detail with commitment to excellence.
· Ability to work without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative in seeking work and managing workload.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; strong writing and research skills.
· Must be a self-starter, have the ability to prioritize workload, display good judgment.
· Professional presentation in behavior and office interactions, team player.
· Trustworthy, dependable, and loyal.
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
