What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at Burris Solutions Inc.?
1) Retail store that requires cleaning twice a week; every Tuesday & Friday; can be cleaned anytime between the hours of 7:30 to 2pm; takes approximately 1.5 hours per clean.
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facility in carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Touchpoint cleaning - doors, handles, counters, handles, etc
- Maintaining required quality and scope of work
- Detail cleaning
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Must be able to work around people
Skills
- Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner
- Detail oriented and self motivated with a strong work ethic
- OSHA training
- Proven working experience in a hospital or medical environment
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity
- High school degree required
Some college or degree preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $120.00 per month
