Commercial Cleaner

We have a part time cleaning position available that requires the cleaning of 2 dentist offices; one in Lavonia and one in Toccoa.

Lavonia site is cleaned approximately 2 nights per week (Typically Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Toccoa site is cleaned approximately 1 night per week (Typically Thursdays)

*Schedule depends on their patient schedule. Each cleaning takes about 1-1.5 hours and can be completed any time after 5:30pm.

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facility and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. We have several positions available. The position requires commercial cleaning experience and office experience. Part-time position is 3 days a week in the evenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Maintain inventory of consumables, supplies, and chemicals
• Maintain equipment to ensure in proper working condition and cleanliness of the equipment
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Janitorial office cleaning experience
• Ability to read chemical labels and mix solutions properly
• Detail cleaning experience
• Ability to follow a scope and task list
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity
• High school degree
