What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at Burris Solutions Inc.?
-Site is cleaned 1 day per week; Fridays after 6pm. Each cleaning takes about 1 hour.
We are looking for a commercial cleaner to perform the job duties and maitain our facilities as required and standards met. The cleaner should be able to perform the required tasks in a timely manner and follow all guidelines and procedures.
- Perform daily activities - mopping, sweeping, remove trash, clean bathrooms, desks, offices, breakrooms, sinks, etc.
- Vacuum carpets
- Clean interior glass for smudges and fingerprints
- Maintain exterior entrance areas to be clean and free from debris
- Clean outside utilities and customer areas
- Perform weekly and monthly tasks (dusting, vent cleaning, baseboards, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge and experience to mix and use cleaning chemicals and equipment appropriately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to appropriate pertson
- Follow all OSHA rules and procedures
- Be punctual and report at job site as required per schedule
Skills

- possess a positive attitude and good work ethic

- Valid driver's license or state issued ID
- Must have a HS diploma or GED
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $80.00 per month
