Burrito Shak in Surf City, NC is looking for team leaders to join our 15 person strong team. We are located in the Publix Shopping Center off Hwy210. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. This is an entry level supervisors role that can lead to more advanced management opportunities over time.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all crew members on task throughout the shift while maintaining a positive working environment.
- Oversee and ensure proper shift changes are conducted.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during your shift.
- Daily closing / opening duties including cleanliness, daily setup
- Responsible for over-site of staff to ensure customer service standards are maintained at all times.
