This is an entry level lawyer position with no previous experience required. All training will be done on the job representing a great opportunity for the right candidate to obtain training and experience.

Responsibilities :
- Meeting with prospective clients to ascertain the appropriate chapter of bankruptcy and qualification for said chapter.
- Review of chapter 7 and 13 petitions, schedules, SOFA, means test, and chapter 13 plans. Meeting with clients to execute all required documents.
Preparation and attendance at 341 Meeting of Creditors with the client.
