Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate commissioning activities across all project phases (pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up).
- Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures in accordance with project scope and safety standards.
- Interface with project teams including engineering, construction, and client representatives to ensure alignment on system readiness.
- Review and validate commissioning documentation, schedules, and punch lists.
- Provide on-site leadership during system testing and turnover phases.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements during commissioning execution.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical expertise as needed.
- Report commissioning progress to project managers and clients.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commissioning and project management within the EPC industry.
- Background in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or power preferred.
- Strong understanding of commissioning systems, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
