Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Project Managers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to join our Beaumont office. These roles require candidates with experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project management and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets. PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of EPC projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of issues as they arise.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering positive relationships.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project progress, track budgets, and implement corrective actions as necessary to stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and other key deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, actively contributing to process improvements and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- Junior: 1-3 years of project management experience in EPC environments.
- Mid: 4-7 years of project management experience in EPC environments.
- Senior: 7 years of project management experience, including leadership roles in EPC projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in EPC project management, with an understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, etc.).
- Experience with budget management, scheduling, and risk management.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required to project regional sites.
