Burrow Global Construction is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Revit Modeler to support the creation of architectural construction documents for industrial-related buildings. This position is focused on Revit expertise and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Revit drafting and detailing for building projects.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in enhancing Revit's efficiency and capabilities within our team. Working closely with senior architects, this role will be key in advancing our Revit standards and BIM coordination across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural construction documents for industrial-related buildings using Revit.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to improve Revit workflows and efficiency.
- Lead efforts to establish Revit and BIM standards, ensuring seamless coordination with consulting engineers, remote teams, and facility management.
- Create and manage Revit asset libraries, including families and details, while assisting drafters in developing standardized content.
- Ensure industry-standard model-sharing practices are followed for efficient collaboration.
- Utilize laser scans in combination with Revit and AutoCAD for enhanced project accuracy (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Revit drafting and detailing for building projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies and Revit plug-ins for rendering.
- Experience with laser scan integration in Revit (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable to project needs.
