What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cost Analyst position at Burrow Global?
Assigned to track, manage, and analyze one or more of the following categories:
- External- contractors who are not resident or nested contractors, but are planned to be onsite for a specific turnaround
- Tools & Equipment (logistics)Rentals- coordinate with field logistics to capture event rental cost based on expected rent dates
- Offsite Shop/Refurb Contractors
- Materials Cost
- Change Work Requests (CWR)
- Invoice- review and reconciliation for Engineering/Construction and Service Contractors
- SAP experience
- Daily/Weekly meetings, compile weekly/monthly reports (cost, budget, forecast)
- Generate forecasts and comparison against the approved baseline/budget
- Reconcile invoices and amounts booked with cost tracked in tracking system
- Update and compare to SAP, investigate and reconcile differences, daily
- STRONG Excel functionality a must
