Burrow Global is currently seeking an experienced Piping Designer to join our engineering team in Deer Park, TX.As a Piping Designer, you will play a crucial role in our projects, particularly in pipeline design, compressor station design, and mid-stream operations.Responsibilities / Duties : Utilize pipeline design, compressor station design, and mid-stream operations expertise to create comprehensive design packages.Develop process flow diagrams (PFD), piping & instrument diagrams (P&ID), general equipment layouts, facility plot plans, and equipment and instrument lists.Assist in developing Project Scopes, Engineering / Design Scopes, and Construction Scopes of Work.Conduct thorough research, verification, illustration, and documentation of drawings.Perform field verification as necessary.Check and update drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.Maintain file organization and package maintenance.Collaborate effectively with vendor partners and client representatives.Requirements : Proficiency in AutoCAD, CadWorx, and Bluebeam.Minimum of a High School Diploma.5 years of experience in piping design.Strong drafting ability and project organization skills.Ability to follow instructions from project engineers while being innovative in problem-solving.Experience with design preparation tasks such as piping plans, sections, details, and isometrics.Attention to detail in design drawing layouts and P&IDs.
