Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the guns and pumps are properly functioning
- Changeover stain or paints with colors change
- Ensure color matches to our standard
- Spray product
- Follow process specific work instructions
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Clean the guns, pumps, and booths after use
- Perform any designated maintenance tasks
Essential Skills
- Basic understanding of using guns to apply paints and stains
- Have an eye for color
- Ability to spray smoothly and evenly
- Basic equipment maintenance skills
- Understandings of common quality finish defects
- Able to perform to production demands
- Ability to perform other duties requested or required by management
- Follow direction and instruction
- Work well with other employees
- Follow safety guideline
- Ability to work overtime when needed
