About the role :
We have a great opportunity for a full time Assistant Manager to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account management and relationship building
- Support the store manager and help lead the store team
- Inbound phone & online sales
- In-store customer service
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
