Assistant Lube Manager - Automotive Service

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily shop operations, ensuring timely service completion, exceptional quality, and strict adherence to company standards.
- Assist the store manager in leading, scheduling, training, and motivating technicians.
- Use the TCS point-of-sale system to manage customer interactions, service quotes, inventory, and record-keeping.
- Clearly communicate inspection results and recommended repairs to customers, ensuring transparency and customer confidence.
- Collaborate to achieve and surpass sales goals through proactive customer engagement and tailored service recommendations.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience, preferably within automotive services.
- Experience with automotive point-of-sale systems (TCS preferred).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
