As Burt Brothers continues to grow, we are adding a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our store leaders and team members in the field. You’ll be the go-to HR partner for day-to-day people matters, helping leaders coach their teams, solve problems, and build strong, values-driven workplaces. You will also take ownership of HR specialty areas and help develop and deploy scalable processes that support our next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for store and area managers on employee relations, coaching, and HR policy questions
• Develop and implement practical, scalable HR processes and tools to support a growing field-based workforce
• Lead and continuously improve assigned HR specialty area(s) (e.g., onboarding, compliance, HR systems)
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with store leadership
• Conduct regular visits to stores, building trusted relationships with frontline managers and employees
• Ensure consistency and compliance in HR practices, policies, and employment law

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail, service, or multi-location environment
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, employee relations, and labor law
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work independently, build relationships, and implement new processes
• Experience supporting hourly employees in fast-paced, field-based settings
• Comfortable with local travel to store locations (must have reliable transportation)
• Bachelor’s degree and HR Certification highly desired, or equivalent combination of education and HR experience
