What You'll Do:
- Manage daily operations using the TCS point-of-sale system for tracking customers, quotes, work orders, inventory, and customer data.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, clearly communicating repair needs, estimates, and lead times.
- Lead, motivate, and train your team of automotive mechanics, ensuring efficient dispatch of work and maintaining high-quality repairs.
- Collaborate with parts distributors to source materials quickly, reducing downtime.
- Monitor and enhance service bay efficiency, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals through strategic management and adherence to company best practices.
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong automotive background with sales and/or mechanic experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the TCS point-of-sale system is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience managing teams effectively in a high-paced, customer-focused environment.
