We are now seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing HR team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help build and shape the HR function from the ground up. As Burt Brothers continues to expand, you’ll play a critical role in developing and implementing foundational HR processes that will drive growth and support our employees across multiple retail and service locations. If you’re passionate about creating strong, scalable HR practices and want to make a lasting impact by building an HR department, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

Develop and implement foundational HR processes and programs that align with the company’s growth, ensuring scalability and consistency across all locations.

Act as the primary HR advisor to area and store managers, providing comprehensive HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Partner with leadership to assess current HR practices and identify opportunities for improvement, creating streamlined, growth-focused people processes.

Lead recruitment efforts and workforce planning initiatives to ensure operational expansion is supported by the right talent, at the right time.

Collaborate with managers to build leadership pipelines, driving employee development and succession planning to secure long-term growth.

Establish and oversee safety programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Be a key architect in shaping the HR function, bringing creativity, innovation, and best practices to a growing organization.
What We’re Looking For
-
5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, ideally supporting multi-location retail or service-based environments.

Proven experience developing and rolling out HR processes in growth environments, with the ability to drive change and create structure.

Strong knowledge of labor regulations, performance management, and employee relations.

Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders and build trust across the organization.

Experience managing safety programs and workers' compensation claims is highly desirable.

PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
