Store Manager - Burt Brothers Sugarhouse

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Sugarhouse location, drive operational success, and create a positive experience for both customers and employees. If you are a strong leader with a passion for customer service and team development, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team
- Drive sales growth while managing financial performance
- Ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers
- Maintain a culture of teamwork and accountability
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, automotive, or service-based industry
- Proven track record in team management, sales growth, and operational efficiency
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience in profit and loss (P&L) management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, or related field preferred
- ASE Certification or other automotive-related training is a plus
