What You'll Do:
- Perform tire inspections, installations, rotations, and balancing
- Always follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Accurately document services performed
- Conduct test drives as needed (valid driver’s license required)
What You Bring:
- Experience with tire installation/removal is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
- Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job right
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
